1. What areas are supported for delivery

Due to the impact of the new epidemic on shipping, and to ensure the quality of our service, we are currently only supporting orders from the United States. Any subsequent adjustments will be posted on the website without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

2. Delivery Time

All orders will be processed within 1-3 days.  In the event of a mass event and a sharp increase in the number of valid orders, there will be a slight delay in delivery time. Please forgive us.

3. Shipping Methods and Charges

For all US orders, we ship free of charge using FedEx with no courier fees and orders are delivered within 2-6 days of dispatch.

4. How to deal with the problem of long shipping time of goods?

If you do not receive the goods within the standard delivery time, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will try our best to help you contact the logistics company.

5. What should I do if the order processing time is too long?

Please refer to point 2 for delivery time. We are sorry if there is a timeout. You can contact us by email at [email protected] and we will process your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel your order, we will arrange a refund for you and the amount you paid will be returned to your payment account. The time for the refund to arrive varies depending on the payment method and usually takes one to two business days.

6. Signing for receipt

Please check that the package is in good condition before signing for it.

If you receive our weed whacker products and find that the weed whacker is broken or parts are missing, please contact our customer service in time and we will handle it properly.

If another person signs for it, it will be deemed to be signed for by the consignee himself.

If the package is rejected due to customer reasons (non-quality issues), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

7. Unclaimed orders

Unclaimed and undeliverable parcels due to customer reasons (wrong or incomplete address). We do not assume any responsibility.

8. Sales tax/remittance fees

Sales tax/remittance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We accept payment in US dollars. If you pay in another currency, your bank may charge a remittance conversion fee. Please check with your bank.

We strongly recommend our customers to register an account with us to track their orders.

9. Packaging

Due to the large number of parts, our herbicides are shipped in waterproof cartons and the parts are packed separately. Please check carefully when you receive the product, if there is any damage or omission, please contact our customer service, we will handle it properly for you.

10. Reshipping

Please check the order information carefully before making payment. Shipping information cannot be changed after shipment. If delivery is not possible due to incorrect address, if you need to change the address, you can send an email to [email protected] and we will try our best to contact the courier company to make the change. Any additional shipping costs or extra charges incurred as a result will be borne by the customer.

11. Application of COVID-19

In response to COVID-19, all of our carriers are taking precautions to ensure the health of their drivers and customers, so our transit times may be extended.
